Vinyasa Yoga at Studio BLISS
7:00pm

Restorative Yoga at Studio BLISS
8:30pm
**This class has a 12 student cap. Please email by 12pm each Thursday to ensure your space.

(An additional Restorative class may be offered each Friday at 2pm with a minimum of 6 students)
