Monday night cancellation

Hello Everyone...
I unfortunately must cancel our Monday night yoga in the park this coming Monday September 21st. My apologies...I hope our weather will continue to shine on like this for the last Monday in September...so we may enjoy the amazing fall together before the cold weather settles in.

Following Monday September 28th, this class will end and I invite you to explore other indoor options at Studio BLISS. Thank you so much for your contribution which I will pass along to Elephant Thoughts. Many children in many places will be ever grateful for your eternal giving.

I will keep you posted next spring as we venture out once again....

Restorative Tonight

Our Fall Retreat is coming up soon...

To honour the fall equinox, my body and mind; I am cleansing until the friday evening of the retreat...I have just completed a fresh juice/veggie broth fast and am moving onto the second gentle component of my cleanse...How fabulous it will be to dance into fall with a clean vessel and a revitalized mind...I am so honoured to end my cleanse by sharing a lovely three days of BLISSful yoga with you at the ever incredible Sugar Ridge!!!
