Due to the studio closure, this class will be cancelled next week, Thursday March 18th.
(All is a go for this week as usual)
I will be teaching a 45 minute "Nurture" class at Bliss on Wednesday March 17th at 6:15pm and you are welcome to join me for a quick restoration if you like/need to replace our weekly restorative session.
