Classes this Week

Hello everyone,
I just want to let you know that due to a family situation, I will not be teaching Thursday nights classes.
My gratitude to Karen and Ann for their coverage this week once again.
So you are aware, Karen will teach the vinyasa and Ann will teach the restorative.
Please continue to send your sign up emails to me for the Restorative class and I will forward to Ann.
